We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to lead high-impact design projects and elevate the visual and user experience across our brand and digital products.

 

Job Summary:

As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our products and brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, marketers, and fellow designers to craft elegant, user-centered solutions. This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for key projects across product, web, and brand

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that balance aesthetics with usability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience

• Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines

• Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and data insights to improve design solutions

• Provide design mentorship and feedback to junior designers

• Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices

 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital/product design or a similar role

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving approaches

• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar

• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and visual storytelling

• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

• Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail

 

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion/interaction design

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

• Background in branding or marketing design

• Experience in SaaS, mobile apps, or e-commerce platforms

• Leadership or mentorship experience within design teams
